For those who prefer more luxury than square footage for their purchase price, we can design your home from the start with our Luxury-Premiums - so that you don't have to upgrade to them later. Luxury Premium level builds include all granite counters tops, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile flooring, architectural trim and crown moldings, hardwood floors, custom stair balusters, home security system, and pre-wiring for home automation and surround sound.
